Real Madrid eye Alex Scott as Arsenal track Kenan Yildiz in transfer gossip
Real Madrid have watched Bournemouth's Alex Scott, while Arsenal pursue Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz and clubs circle Murillo and Lucien Agoume, according to Monday's transfer reports.
Real Madrid are weighing up a move for Bournemouth and England midfielder Alex Scott, 23, after monitoring him closely in recent weeks, according to Teamtalk. The report places Chelsea in the strongest position to sign Scott, with Liverpool and Arsenal also credited with interest, suggesting a crowded Premier League market for the player.
Arsenal are looking at Juventus winger Kenan Yildiz, the 21-year-old Turkey international, but Corriere dello Sport reports competition from Bayern Munich and Real Madrid. Yildiz is presented as a target rather than an imminent arrival.
In defence, Liverpool and Chelsea have joined the race for Nottingham Forest's 24-year-old Brazilian defender Murillo, per Football Insider, although the report states Forest will not sanction a January exit. Sevilla's French defensive midfielder Lucien Agoume, 24, is attracting attention from several Premier League clubs, with AS citing a release clause in the region of £35m.
Further forward, Real Betis will reject any interest in striker Troy Parrott, reports Estadio Deportivo, with the 24-year-old Republic of Ireland international said to have an £85m release clause amid talk of a return to Tottenham. Monaco's USA striker Folarin Balogun, 25, remains keen on a Premier League move despite his proposed Everton switch collapsing on deadline day, according to Talksport.
Elsewhere, Barcelona and Inter Milan are among clubs tracking Bosnia defender Tarik Muharemovic, 23, but Football Insider says Leeds United do not intend to sell their £34m summer signing from Sassuolo. Gazzetta dello Sport reports AC Milan may seek a January loan for Real Madrid's Brazilian forward Endrick, 20, without an option to buy, while Football Italia notes former Chelsea and Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is enjoying time away from the game despite links to Manchester United and Juventus.
