While pundits on BBC Radio Scotland's Sportsound reserved judgement on the Belgian's system, fans who shared their views with BBC Sport Scotland were mostly encouraged by the second-half performance.
Many supporters highlighted the improved energy and attacking intent after the break. Craig said he enjoyed the second half and the new formation, while George described the second half as "different class" and praised the defence. Rosh noted the two halves were like different teams, with Slovenia barely getting out of their own half after the interval, but admitted taking chances remains Scotland's weakness.
