Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the BETAIGO application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Note on legal entity: At the time of publication, the Service is operated under the BETAIGO brand without a registered legal entity. References to “BETAIGO”, “we”, “us” mean the operator of the Service. If/when a legal entity is established, we will update these Terms to include the legal name and address.

1) What the Service provides
BETAIGO provides sports analytics and AI-assisted insights, including analytical outputs that may contain predictions/forecasts about sports events based on current statistical data and user requests. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

2) No guarantees / no betting advice
• We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or profitability of any decision.
• Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the Service.

3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4) Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share access with others.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service.

5) Subscriptions and purchases (if applicable)
• Purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store and/or Google Play.
• Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the relevant store/provider.
• We may change pricing or available plans; any changes will apply prospectively where required.

6) AI features, prompts, and outputs
When you use AI features, you provide prompts (inputs) and receive generated outputs (analysis). You agree that:
• You will not include sensitive personal data (health data, government IDs, biometrics, etc.) in prompts.
• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated; you must verify critical information independently.
• You remain responsible for decisions made based on outputs.

7) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data at scale without written permission.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes rights of others.
• Misrepresent affiliation with BETAIGO or impersonate others.

8) Intellectual property
The Service (design, code, branding, and content provided by us) is owned by or licensed to BETAIGO and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9) Third-party services and data
The Service may rely on third-party providers (e.g., app stores, analytics, crash reporting, sports data providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

10) Service availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time (for example, to improve features, maintain security, or comply with law). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BETAIGO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted.

13) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BETAIGO harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, or to protect security, integrity, or legal compliance.

15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, and mandatory consumer protections may apply depending on your location. If/when a legal entity is established, we may update this section to specify governing law and venue more precisely.

16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates at betaigo.com/pages/terms and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated in-app where appropriate.
